Aerial Dance is an acrobatic discipline inspired by circus practices. Through the use of suspended equipment, acrobats perform spectacular movements in the air, toning the body and achieving greater harmony and fluidity in movements. This artistic discipline allows acrobats to perform spectacular acrobatics, spins, and falls on fabrics to create increasingly eye-catching positions.
