Classical dance requires a series of precise movements that promote the development of muscle strength, flexibility, and motor coordination in children. During lessons, young dancers learn to perform steps, jumps, and poses that require total body control. This discipline improves coordination, elasticity, and balance and teaches elegance and poise. Children gain elasticity in their ligaments and have a better and gradual development of muscle fiber tone.
